SALES TAX:
Sales tax will be calculated at the rate of 7.0% for orders with Illinois as the destination.
SHIPPING:
We ship orders Monday – Friday using USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. See shipping table below for estimated shipping times. To ship to more than one address, you will need to place separate orders.

Just purchase the gift wrap option during the checkout process and for only $8.00 per tote, we’ll wrap the gift tote in a beautiful cream tissue and tulle netting and tie with a silky robin’s-egg-blue bow. Please type your personalized message into the box provided during checkout so that we may handwrite a note to your recipient. You may have the gift shipped directly to the recipient or to yourself if you’d like to give the gift in person. You will have the option during checkout to input the shipping address if different from the billing address. Please place a separate order if there is more than one shipping destination.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Items returned must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached. International orders are non-refundable.
